All the students will know how to:
– Get help and information, Encode and decode information
– Request a flight availability, use dual-city pairs and a 7-day search and request schedule and timetable displays
– Add names to a PNR, book a seat or an extra seat, create an open segment, add the AP, RF and TK elements
– Request SSRs, create an SSR explosion, add remarks and OSI elements, request a seat from a seat map and work with frequent flyer numbers
– Retrieve a PNR or a PDR, modify the name element in a PNR, modify an itinerary, associate and disassociate PNR elements, cancel elements in a PNR, copy and print a PNR
– Work with itinerary, invoices and queues
– Price an itinerary, use Amadeus Master Pricer Expert, request a fare display or an informative pricing and use fare follow-up transactions
– Create and read a TST and issue a ticket
– Issue e-tickets and e-ticket itinerary receipts, revalidate an e-ticket and void an e-ticket
– View and print a query report, void a sale on a query report and view a daily or a cross reference report
